Mandalas
A mandala is a symbol representing the Self. The center symbolizes the womb of creation, which is Stillness. The mandala is then grown outward from this stillness, becoming a symbol of the innate harmony and perfection of Being. The mandala then becomes a diagram to inner mystical states.

The mandala is a mystical picture or a presence used as a meditative tool on the path to enlightenment.
It symbolizes Centeredness, Balance, Harmony and Wholeness, Creator and Creativity.
The images are beyond language and the rational mind. They bring about wisdom of universal knowledge and a deeper understanding of human consciousness.
The word comes from the Sanskrit language and means “Sacred Circle.” Directly translated, mandala means the “Palace of God.”
Below I am providing some of my favorite mandalas for you to use in your meditation. Focus on the mandala of your choice and bring your attention to the center, which is Stillness. Sit and Be with this mandala and let it take you into your Stillness. Stillness is where all of creation begins.
